Meetings, working groups and regular sessions

Plenary meetings (5 to 7 per year)
All members must attend these meetings.
The ICS is an initiative based on the sharing feedback and of skills.
During plenary meetings, companies identify topics for deliberation by the working groups as well as other matters to be dealt with by the steering committee.

A steering committee
The steering committee is selected by majority vote for a year by all members. It includes five companies who meet once a month on average. The aim of the steering committee is to complete a certain number of projects that are in the study phase, by working regularly together and to ensure the smooth functioning of the group.
The steering committee has established an online operational database and operates based on a Europe-wide mutual recognition plan.

Working groups
Permanent working groups operate with the voluntary participation of the companies and handle miscellaneous matters.
The topics developed may involve communication or problems pertaining to countries such as China and India, etc.

Meetings with social partners
The Social Clause Initiative performs an annual review of its actions with social partners in order to keep them informed on any problems encountered and improvement observed.
There is also regular contact with NGOs and each company is free to develop a partnership individually if it wishes.
